Epcot is known to have many different festivals throughout the year. They have a Festival of the Arts in the beginning of the year, the Flower and Garden Show during spring into summer, the Food and Wine Festival from summer to fall, and the Festival of the Holidays during November and December. Each festival offers different food items and fun activities to do. We went to the Flower and Garden show which is known for it's fabulous flowers, topiaries, and of course, food! They have special events happening during this show. One of them is Spikes Pollenation Scavenger Hunt where you buy a map for $8 and then go around the world trying to find little Spike the Bee's by flowers. Even if you can't find all of the Spikes (we gave up after awhile because they were kind of hard to find!) you can still turn in your map at the end to get a prize which was your choice of a cup with a lid (you can choose between Figment, Orange Bird, Spike the Bee, and Minnie). The Flower and Garden Show also has a free butterfly garden that you can walk through which is a fun activity! The first slideshow here is of some of the flowers and fun you can experience at the Flower and Garden Show: Of course this wouldn't be a food blog without us including the food that we had at the festival!! (note, the foods in this post are all from the Flower and Garden Show, we will do the food that is there always at Epcot in a later post) These foods were available during the 2021 Flower and Garden Show at the time we were there, they may or may not be still available now
There you have it folks! We had a lot of wonderful food at this festival and hope to go to more Epcot festivals to try out the food there too!
Have you been to an Epcot festival before? Which one(s) have you been too? Which is your favorite one? What foods are your favorite at the festivals? Send us an email, message us on Facebook, or comment below and let us know!
