WOW! Today marks one year since we began this blog! We started it off with our food adventures in Disneyland Florida and have expanded the blog so much since then. We have a Facebook page, a Twitter page, and a good amount of email subscribers as well. We wanted to say a HUGE thank you to all of you who have been following our blog. Especially those who have been following it since the beginning! This past year has been a roller coaster and it has been amazing getting to share our experiences with you all as well. We appreciate all of you so much and your patience through these times. We know that some of our posts haven't been the most original because of COVID-19 preventing us from exploring many new places. We still want your suggestions for places to go visit! We especially want to be supporting local businesses since they are the ones who need people to go there the most right now. This blog was designed to take you on all kinds of food adventures ranging from theme parks to local businesses to original recipes and more. We hope that you have found our blog interesting and entertaining, and as always we welcome your feedback! Thanks again everyone for staying with us and continuing your support! We appreciate each and every one of you! Here's to another fun-filled year of food adventures! Love, Erin and Elizabeth

An idea we have are putting red and blue in there and serving these for Fourth of July! We did not making the frosting that is in the recipe, just the cookies. These cookies are airy and very low-calorie and low sugar content as well making them a perfect treat for everyone! Some tips:
