Happy St. Patrick's Day (a day late ?)! We have a fantastic recipe shared by Elizabeth's aunt that we shook up a little bit. Let us know in the comments if you try this! Ingredients: 2 cups french vanilla ice cream 1.25 cups of 2% or whole milk (2% if you are looking for less calories, we don't recommend less than 2% though) 1/4 teaspoon of mint extract 9 drops of green food coloring (liquid or gel works) 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup 1 1/2 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream (optional) Whipped cream PRN (as needed?) GREEN SPRINKLES PRN Directions: 1. In a blender or food processor, combine ice cream, milk, mint extract, Bailey's Irish Cream (if using) and food coloring together until it is completely blended together 2. Pour the chocolate syrup around the walls of the glass you are using with your shake 3. Pour ice cream mixture into glass 4. Top with whipped cream and LOTS OF SPRINKLES (optional of course, but we ? sprinkles) 5. Serve immediately Enjoy!
