This is a super simple, hearty, soul-warming soup that is perfect for a cold winter's night. It's easy enough for an inexperienced chef to create, but tastes amazing enough to be served at a five star restaurant (at least we think so 😉). You can add in additional crunchy vegetables to this if you'd like to or omit the vegetables completely if you don't like them.
